Networking Meeting every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month

Network and connect with us

  

Coffee and deserts will be served 

1.  No additional fee for the network group as of now, donations are accepted

2. Must have a state registered business located in the Village of Almont, Almont Township, Dryden, or Allenton, surrounding areas in St. Clair, Lapeer County.

3. Will occur 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 8:30-9:30.  Current location: Sippin in the Mitten 102 S. Main Street, Almont 

4. Brick & Mortar = overlap of businesses types allowed.  Limited to 1 of each brand. (ex: 1 Edward Jones Investors, 1 State Farm, 1 ReMax)

5. Home Based Business = Allowed but no overlap of business types (ex: 1 essential oil, 1 May Kay) and no overlap to B&M location unless approved by B&M. (insurance office vs home insurance sales)

6.  You do not have to be a current member – potential membership 

7. Agenda:

   a. Welcome, Chamber update, introductions - 10-15 Min

   b. Networking success stories - 10 Min

   c.  90 second commercial

   d.  spotlight presentation - 10 Min

   e. Closing remarks

8. Substitutes allowed if the primary member cannot attend, must be of same business location.

9. No forced referral or lead process.  1:1's are recommended but not mandatory.

10. Future planning- Trimester after hours mixers.  This will be open to any business in the area and guests.  Fun night to promote a local chamber member establishment.

The Almont Area Chamber of Commerce  provides funding towards these local organizations for the community.

Thanks to our membership dues over the  significant donations were made to the Almont DDA (Heritage Festival), the Almont Lions Club (Easter Egg Hunt and Spooky Time Parade), the Four County Foundation (Scholarship Fund), and the Village of Almont (Music in the Park).

Welcome

 The Village Council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the municipal building located at 817 N. Main Street. All meetings are open to the public and we encourage local participation and input.
